How to remove your data from Comment Intelligence

Disconnect in the app

1. Sign in and open Connect.
2. Press Disconnect next to the account, then confirm.

The access token is destroyed at once, so nothing more can be read from that account.

Remove the app from Facebook or Instagram

1. Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find Comment Intelligence, remove it, and send the data deletion request Meta offers.

Removing the app withdraws our access at once. The deletion request reaches us automatically, and we delete the posts, comments and analysis history held for that account. Meta shows you a confirmation code; you can check its status at https://orm.thebrandthink.com/privacy/deletion-status/<code>.

Revoke Google (YouTube) access

Open your Google security settings and remove Comment Intelligence.

Ask us

To delete your whole account, or data about you that appears in someone else's analysis, write to privacy@thebrandthink.com from the email address in question. We confirm within 30 days.
